Best Alarm Clocks provides good information about various types of alarm clocks, and also useful tips for those who are interested on finding or buying an alarm clock
What inspired you to launch your own website?
An alarm clock is without doubt an inseparable part of a bed room's furniture. Sometimes it's not easy to combine elegance with practical utility. Although it may not seem so, an alarm clock is something very personal, and has to cope with our own caracter to be completely accepted inside our bed room
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was a blog about my country, about one year ago
How did you decide on a name for your website?
In a website's name I always try to sintesize the site itself, in terms of it's object, but also trying to point out it's uniqueness, which always comes from my personal "touch"
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
I try to integrate different things, information, products to purchase, and, of coarse, navigation!
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I wish it will become an income for me
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Well... if I should be completely honest... I would say it doesn't balance it yet!
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I try not to think this way, because I find meaningless to me a projet with an unlimited budget, as it should be designed to generate an unlimited income then, in order to balance it
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Should it happen I would operate serveral structural changes, as to find a dedicated server and do things far more seriously
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Till now very few, thanks God :)
What has been your biggest challenge?
To put the site online. I'm always afraid of other people's opinions, and I'm also a perfectionist, which it's not a virtue
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I'm trying organic traffic from search engines, anyway it's a little early to say if it has been successful or not. I'm operating several changes in order to optimize the site and also the site is quite new.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Its's a little "tougher" then I expected to be
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
About a few monthes, how long I will continue I don't know exactly, if it becomes successful I'll keep it and operate periodical enhancements
