What inspired you to launch your own website?
Wanting to design and make people happy by conveying the sender's thoughts.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
My own desire to convey my message of lavish Gift Basket Designs, with the sender in mind.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Very reasonably priced. Each basket is custom created and all gourmet items are hand picked. Each basket must pass the quality control protocal before it is every shipped.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To not have an outside job for supplemental income. To have a steady corporate client base.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Not so good right now, just getting started and I am picky about using only quality products.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
More inventory, more local and state paper and radio advertising.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Not without hiring someone else besides myself.

Have run the site for about 1 month, will plan to keep it as long as I stay in business.
What is your strength as a business owner
I am hard working, flexible and passionate about making each basket perfect. My company represents it's buyers thoughts and image and we take that very seriously at Basket Designs. We are another source of marketing for companies and when it comes to designing corporate gifts, we work for your company!
