ours is an online shop for Kenyans in diaspora who want to delight their loved ones at home with gifts from popular retail outlets like uchumi,nakumatt, safaricom among others, at the comfort of their homes.We offer fast,efficient and customer centered service.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Our interest is to connect Kenyans in diaspora with their loved ones at home cost effectvely

We looked for a name that would resonate with our target market and capture our intentions
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
we are targeting customers who are not going to spend a lot of money for loved ones in kenya

We hope to grow as we offer other companies marketing solutions to others
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Initially one has to invest alot of time and money before one can breakeven. The excitment is in the struggle.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would put more money in marketing and research.I would also introduce my own products which would help with the bottom line
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, my partner and i, have MBA 's. Vinny has an MIS degree too.THis is helpful because we have the skills to manage anything, the concepts are the same.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Marketing costs and overheads in kenya initially gave us sleepless nights.Business environment in Kenya is also very tricky. Some people are not honest and ethical in their approach to business.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Access to finance.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
word of mouth and service delivery. Reputation is very important in this kind of business. customers want efficient, safe and cost effective services.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
so far we are satisfied.
