When did you start your website and why?
I started this website in May, 2007 because I always dreamed of a special web site that had all the online coupons, grocery coupons, free stuff, games, etc. I've always been a couponholic, so this came naturally to me. In the future, I plan to add both a recipe and travel section.
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
My website offers online coupon codes, discounts, special deals, free stuff and printable coupons. It helps online shoppers with their online shopping experience by offering coupons and other interesting ecommerce information. Site is updated daily.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Keeping up with the ever changing coupons and offers since I am a one person operation.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Dealing with all the wonderful and interesting people I have met online from the various merchants I represent.
What was your biggest mistake?
Entering such a large market. If I could do it over, I may have concentrated on say, womens clothing, cosmetics, or some other niche. However, I plunged in head first and it has been challenging. Some nights I'm up to 3:00 a.m. entering offers!!!
Who maintains your website and why?
I maintain it, I just recently learned simple web design with the help of a wonderful person named Stacey from Jezsta Web Productions, a very prominent SEO expert. We became great friends, and hope to meet each other some day.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
Too early to tell, but I just recently saw some decent commissions and that made me know that all my hard work is paying off.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
I feel that it will continue to grow since the population depends on the internet for most everything. I must say I am addicted to surfing on the Internet (only safe surfing!!).
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
SEO can be very helpful to a website if it used properly. My other website, Jan's Luxury Liner, which Stacey, from Jezsta designed was already #1 in SERP within weeks.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
SEO has definitely helped both my websites. It will be much more difficult breaking the market for Dazzling Deals since it is such a crowded market, but I have a reliable, trustworthy website, so I'm patient.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Word of mouth and directory listings.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
Ad words, expensive and unreliable. Many meaningless hits that cost up to $1.00 each.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
I would like to see tighter controls over spam and pornography on the internet.

What is the favorite part of your website?
