Customer service, great selection and loving what I do.

Not sure still working on that.

The site is fine I would put the money in promotion as the competition is growing everyday.

Yes been doing this since 1997.

The usual when you have a retail store and e-commerce site.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Customers that do not understand our on line policies.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Pay per click and natural search results.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not sure always had a store.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
10 years and I have no plans to stop. This is the future of shopping.
