I would include the grocery store in that. I think if I bought one clove of garlic they would try to use six bags just to make sure! What a shock when I purchase a few items and ask to have them all in one bag. Of course most of the stuff is already bagged, boxed, or otherwise package sufficently to withstand a nuclear attack.
