What inspired you to launch your own website?

For a long time I wanted to launch my own site but was not really sure what the best theme for the site should be. I finally settled on the iPod theme after I bought one and began to figure how to use it. The iPod is a very versatile piece of equipment and I felt I could get plenty of information and plenty of interest from visitors

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

my first website http://www.fonecalls4free.com was launched in September 2005, it provides information about using the internet to make free phone calls. I get visitors from all over the world and have over 5000 people downloaded the free software provided via the site.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I remember watching a movie a few years ago called "My Beautiful Laundrette" for some reason the name stuck with me and I decided to use a similar name for my website site myBeautifuliPod.com

Please give us a short summary of your website?

myBeautifuliPod.com provide tips, new and reviews about iPod, iPod accessories, products and services. If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

If I had the resources I would develope more user interaction into the site. As I said before the iPod is very versatile and is being used a numerous ways and I would try and take advantage of this by providing several services into the site, in any case I will certainly look to provide something in the future.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The biggest challange has been the intergration of the store into the site. At te moment its linked to products from Amazon but in the future I will ant to add products from other suppliers so I will have to make changes to the store.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

So far I have only used the search engines for promoting and it's working reasonaby well because of some very good link I've managed to obtain from some high pagerank sites, Ive also been getting links via several social community sites.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

The site was oficially launched in March 2007, my plan is to continue improving and promoting it, there's still a long way to go to take it to the levels I want.

Why did you start your wesite

I see a need to for a trusted internet shopping resource that does what is advertised on the site.

May,2007 and it is going better than expected.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I wanted something different from the usual sites. SuburbanSkyShopping is a name that is recognize at shopping site that can be trusted like a local store you have done business with for year. We are back by the Better Business Bureau and all transaction are shipped by Amazon with a guaranteed return policy.

Please give us a short summary of your website?

The site has over 100,000 unique items that you can go anywhere to buy, but because of combined buying power from multiply sources such as Target, Office Depot and many more we can offer the same prices at reduced prices. Shipping is a couple of days, and no charge with purchase over $25.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We let you know if the product is in stock before you order. Our selection is second to none...you will be able to find almost anything you need. From a new car transmission to the latest baby diapers...you can find most everything for your house and home including groceries.

I really enjoy watching the business grow on it's own merit, which mean repeat happy customers will tell their friends and they will tell their friends.

I was aware before I started and anticipated the business start up investment and was 100% sure that if you have a good store people return.
